Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Guardsman Guided Walks we understand that plans can change. We aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring our tours run smoothly. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

 

Cancellation by Customers:

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.

  • Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.

 

No-Shows:
If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point without prior notice, we regret that no refund can be issued.

Cancellation by Us:
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Changes to Bookings:
If you wish to change your booking (e.g., move to a different date or time), please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Refund Process:
All refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
