1. Personal Guide Guarantee
One of the defining features of our guided walks is that every tour is personally led by Eben, the founder of Guardsman Guided Walks. With years of experience as a member of the Band of the Irish Guards, a deep love for London, and a passion for storytelling, Eben brings each walk to life with insight, humour, and authenticity.

We do not use substitute guides or third-party tour leaders.

When you book a walk, you are guaranteed a personal experience with Eben himself.

This commitment ensures consistency, quality, and a truly bespoke experience every time.
2. Booking and Payment

All walks must be booked in advance via our website or approved booking platforms.

A £75 deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance paid in person before the walking tour will commence.

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
By You:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled walk will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the walk are non-refundable.

You may request to reschedule your walk once, subject to availability.

By Us:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a walk due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, guide illness, safety concerns).

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Weather Policy

Walks go ahead rain or shine, so please dress appropriately.

In the event of severe weather that poses a safety risk, we may cancel the walk and offer a refund or reschedule.
5. Participation and Safety

Participants must be physically able to complete the walk, which may include uneven surfaces, stairs, and variable weather conditions. That being said, we will do our utmost to accommodate any disabilities.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You are responsible for your own safety and belongings during the walk.
6. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during walks for promotional purposes but will always ask first.

If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform your guide before the walk begins.
7. Liability

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the walk, except where caused by our negligence.

Participation is at your own risk.
8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your personal information will never be shared with third parties except if part of a criminal investigation.
9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
